Hi, I'm Hebe
I believe that every one of us holds untapped potential, waiting just beneath the surface, ready to be discovered. My work as a Mindset Coach is all about helping you reconnect with that deeper part of yourself, the part that already knows the way forward, and inviting you to take those very first steps towards change.
Lasting change doesn’t start outside of us. It begins with how we see ourselves: our past, our present, and the future we’re creating. So, when we shift the way we look at things, everything around us begins to change too.
If we work together, you will uncover all perceived fears and barriers that have been standing in your way, dismantle any long held limiting beliefs and define what your core values are to better understand what you truly want from life.

About my coaching
I use NLP (neurolinguistic programming) techniques, including TimeLine Therapy and other linguistic tools within my practice, to help people shed the layers that are no longer serving them. This allows my clients to achieve personal and professional goals, to build self-worth to overcome long-held beliefs about themselves.I also incorporate positive intelligence to rebuild those foundations, rewiring the brain for peak performance and happiness, so that you can handle life’s challenges with a more positive mindset and much less stress.
I work with clients typically from their twenties to late fifties. I specialise in mindset coaching, helping people at a crossroads, from finding ones footing in their late teens to those redefining their purpose in later-years, or simply, those seeking a shift in an area of life.
Life can feel less like a series of obstacles, but if we shift perspectives, these challenges can be viewed as opportunities for learning, leading to new and unprecedented change.
Instead of asking 'Why is this happening to me?' my clients begin to get curious, and ask 'What can I learn from this?'. This is when true transformation begins, when change stops feeling threatening and starts feeling like possibility...
